"飯可以亂吃 話不能亂說"的英文翻譯?? -----
這句中文的俗諺還是可以用英文適當忠實表達的，表現嘴的兩用，一種可隨意，另一種要謹慎：
"You can eat whatever you want, but you can't say whatever's on your mind."
Yahoo的美國知識站有人做過類似的回答內容：

其實聖經裡的諺語篇(Proverbs)也有類似的講法：

你可以用：Silence is gold. （沈默是金）來表達同樣的意思.
