求救！HostMonster主機問題

Question

我在租用國外主機上，碰到了問題。
身邊又沒有人可請教，只好來這求救。

租用了個HostMonster主機，從三月份開始，期限兩年。
想說它有中文Control Panel，就沒有考慮到語言不通。
我收到HostMonster客服來信，內容如下！

Your HostMonster.Com account for taoba.us was deactivated (reason: site causing performance problems). This means no email at your domain can be received and your webpage will not come up. Your data is still available. You will not be able to re-activate your account until the underlying issue has been resolved. If you feel this deactivation is in error, please contact support as soon as possible.

主機被暫停使用了，FTP也登入不了。
Control Panel Login點進去，有個警告訊息！
We've been trying to contact you but failed. Please review your information and make sure it is accurate. If everything looks correct, then call customer service toll free at (866) 573-HOST and have your domain ready.

我實在不知道該怎麼處理，語言不通無法英文對話。
回信也不曉得要怎麼寫？
希望有英文不錯者，能伸出援手。

對方來信內容大致如下：

您的 Hostmonster.com 帳號 taoba.us 已經禁用 (原因：該站造成主機效能問題)。禁用意味著該網域將無法收到 email 並且訪客無法瀏覽該站。您的資料都還保留。您將無法重新啟用您的帳號直到造成問題原因的被解決為止。如果台端覺得禁用不當，請儘速接洽克服。

How are you doing today?

I am the domain owner of taoba.us. Recently I received email from hostmaster.com customer service department that indicated my domain account has been deactivated. I tried to resolve this issue by logging in to control panel but were unable to. The control panel shows following message:

"We've been trying to contact you but failed. Please review your information and make sure it is accurate. If everything looks correct, then call customer service toll free at (866) 573-HOST and have your domain ready."

Due to unable to log in, I have no way to resolve this problem so far. Would you mind to help me out?

Also, would you mind to let me know which file(s) / script(s) / program(s) cause the performance issue on the virtual server side? So I could directly delete / modify it.
