Dear XXX,
Good day.
XXXXXXXXXXXX(信件內容)
XXXXXXXXXXXX
Have a nice day/weekend. <--
Best regards,
XXX

How are you?
Hope everything is going well.

Thank you for expressing your (concerns, ideas, suggestions, etc...).
It's good to hear from you.
Your (support, idea, etc.) to us is very important.

Best Regards,
Thank you,
Thanks with regards,
Warm Regards,
Regards,

Sincerely,
Yours Truly,

Cheers,

Looking forward to hearing from you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
We looking forward to meeting with you.

I hope this will answer your questions. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

I will let you know once we have a solution for this problem.

We are terribly sorry about all the hassels(problems), we will work as soon as possible to have it fixed.
We apologize for this (mistake, problem, etc...), we will work out a solution as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support of (company name)!
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Thank you for your suggestions and support.
It has been a pleasure reading your email. Thank you.

How are you today? Hope everything is going well
It's was nice to talk you earlier
It's been my pleasure to work with you.
How is your family (trip, vacation)?
It was my pleasure to help you.
Happy Mother's day (New Year), Marry Christmas..
Thank you for your reply and interest in our business

I'm responding to your letter dated 月,日, 年 regarding 甚麼事
I'm wiring to you to follow our requests earlier about 甚麼事
I would like to inform you that 甚麼事
Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to 1 with me to discuss
I am sorry to inform you that 甚麼事
Thank you for your recent application for 甚麼事
I have received your statement....

Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Take care of you and your family
Have a great time (nice weekend)
Hope to talk to you soon
Talk to you later
I hope all is going well with you!
Hope you and your family have a wonderful holiday (weekend)

Your prompt response is highly appreciated
We wish you success in your career
I would appreciate your looking into this matter
I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
We look forward to meeting you tomorrow
