2 copies of document 的意思是一份文件但傳兩份。
如果你要講的是兩份不同的文件可以參考下面的:
你可以說：
Please send me both documents
Please send both documents to me
傳真的話可以說 :
Please fax me both documents
Please send me both documents via fax
Email的話可以說:
Please email me both documents
Please send me both documents via email
上面有人說的pieces of documents 也可以 -
Please send me both pieces of documents.
Please send me the two pieces of documents.

文件都是用"copy"
沒人用piece的
如果要指一頁兩頁也是用"page"

piece是單數
應該用「portion」：份
因為 portion 可以包含很多 piece
(一份文件不一定只能有1張，可以很多張)
