不知道該怎麼翻譯比較好
想請大家能給予一些意見以供參考謝謝!

1."學期獎學金":
學期成績為班上前三名者可以得此獎學金

2."應屆畢業生智育獎學金":
四年智育成績為班上前三名者

3.."攜手計畫"
在大學時我有籌辦教育部補助的攜手計畫,
對象是針對鄰近小學有人際困擾的高年級學生,
在暑假進行一個禮拜的密集團體諮商和個別諮商(其實比較像是夏令營的性質),
結束後再進行幾個月的後續追蹤.
我想在文件中呈現這個經驗,
但是苦於不知如何翻譯"攜手計畫"這四個字,
曾打電話去教育部詢問,教育部人員也沒辦法回答.
所以想請問大家,有沒有什麼比較適切的敘述來翻譯"攜手計畫"嗎?
