We are glad to inform you that a new branch office is to be install in (新公司所在地) on （日期）。A grand opening cocktail party will be held on （日期）at （地點─如：某飯店某某廳）, and you are invited as one of our honorable guests. Please advise your availability as your earliest convenience for further information.

第一句有錯字 to be install→to be installed
以舉辦酒會為由發出的邀請函，基本上就足以向該國使館申請簽證，信末要求股東告知是否出席（availability），則是強化簽證的必要性，畢竟去不去得成，要看有沒有該國入境簽證。
