註﹕
1 德國豬腳的德文是Schweinshaxe﹐英文有多種翻譯﹐但以German pork knuckle最普遍。除非你已經知道該餐廳自己的翻譯﹐不然說German pork knuckle比較內行。
2 side dish一般是指需要單點的小菜﹐配主菜吃的麵包沙拉及湯等「附帶物」叫 side items﹐“5 side items”只是“5個side item”﹐而“5 sets of side items”就是“5套side items”﹐也就是5套副餐的意思。
