Only 'hedgehog' means '刺蝟'.
Both 'hedgehog' and 'porcupine' can mean '豪豬'.
Hedgehogs are any of the small spiny mammals of the subfamily Erinaceinae and the order Erinaceomorpha.

So '刺蝟' and '豪豬' are different!

Most people in US use "porcupine" instead of hedgehog.
They both mean 刺猥.
