She was going to attend the concert last night.

Kenny is right.
Try not to be stuck with grammatical rules, which are supposed to help you learn rather than coop your imagination up.

She would have attended the concert last night. (if it hadn't been for something that came up)

She had intended to attend the concert last night. OR
She intended to have attended the concert last night.

I was going to but I changed my mind and came by car.
I thought you were going to tell Christine.

Britney Spears was going to hurt the kids?
Britney Spears' former bodyguard Tony Barretto tells the Daily Mail he thought Britney Spears was going to hurt the kids.

No steel framed building had collapsed through fire prior to 9/11, so how was it known that the World Trade Center was going to collapse?
http://72.14.235.104/search?q=cache:4kSJm8GQB10J:www.whatreallyhappened.com/wtc_giuliani.html "was going to"&hl=zh-TW&ct=clnk&cd=3&gl=tw

I saw Spiderman 3 last month.

I have seen the movie already.

My bother was excited when he knew I was going to rent a Spiderman 3 DVD.

就好像筆錄時 i was going to have dinner at that time .
