免安裝中文輸入法就可以輸入中文的方法？

如題...
我有一個朋友在美國那邊留學
他用的是美國朋友的電腦
但是美國朋友不希望他安裝任何程式
包含微軟在官網發布的新注音輸入法

有沒有辦法可以讓我朋友可以
不安裝新注音就可以打中文的方法呀?
因為用英文真的很難來表達自己想說什麼...
還是說有什麼程式可以做到嗎?

我知道這裡有免安裝中文輸入法就可以輸入中文的，但不是注音的。

就是大新倉頡輸入法網站提供的Lite免安裝程式，不用安裝就可以使用，美其名可以視為「綠色軟體」程式，像我在學校計中、圖書館…電腦沒有安裝權限，就是用這個，而不用煩惱。

XP 要打要看中文和安裝中文程式是沒問題 XP 試試下列步驟吧

1. Settings/Control panel/Regional and language options/
Select Languages tab/Supplemental language support/Check install files for east asian languages
2. Select Advanced tab/Seclect Chinese(Taiwan) for non-unicode program
3. Start/Settings/Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Languages/Details/Advanced/ then you need to make sure Compatibility Configuration is CHECKED.

4. Start/Settings/Internet Options/General/Languages/Add Chinese (Taiwan)

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab, and then click Change keyboards.

3. Under Installed services, click Add.

4. Double-click the language you want to add, double-click the text services you want to add, select the text services options you want to add, and then click OK.

To change the input language:

1. Click the Input language button on the Language bar, and then click the input language you want to use.
