1. The woman's sudden death reminded him of another murder
case, remaining unsolved today.
(原為which remained unsolved today)
2. Jim fell from the tree, seeming terrified.
(原為 and he seemed terrified)
3. Kelly worked very hard, becoming the supervisor of this company.
(原為 and she became the supervisor...)

The woman's sudden death reminded him of another murder case, remaining unsolved today.
(原為which remained unsolved today)
Jim fell from the tree, seeming terrified.
(原為 and he seemed terrified)
Jim fell from the tree, seemingly terrified.
Kelly worked very hard, becoming the supervisor of this company.
(原為 and she became the supervisor...)
Working very hard, Kelly became the supervisor of this company.

Having worked very hard, Kelly became the supervisor of this company.

1. The woman's sudden death reminded him of another murder
casewhich remained unsolved today
The woman's sudden death reminded him of another unsolved murder today.
case today.

2. Jim fell from the tree and he seemed terrified.
Jim fell from the tree, terrified.
3. become

3. Kelly worked very hard, becoming the supervisor of this company.
Kelly worked very hard, having become the supervisor of this company.
