其實見到客戶上門最正統的反應是先問﹕
May I help you?(有什麼可以為您效勞的嗎﹖)
如果客戶真的是要開房間的話﹐他會問說﹕“I need a double/single/twin room”或“ Can I have a double/single/twin room?”(我需要一間雙人床/單人/雙人房)之後你才可以開始問﹕For overnight or short-stay? (要住宿還是休息呢?)
註﹕客戶進門不一定會直接開口要房間﹐人家可能是來問路﹐找人或問價錢﹕例如﹕“what is your rate for a double room?”(你們的雙人床房價是多少﹖)
2.休息是3小時
our short-stay equals three hours(我們的休息是3小時)
註﹕休息的長短每家旅館不同﹐因此要加“our”
3.住宿時間是到隔天中午12點
