1. Its volume:
0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 =0.216 M3
2. The volume of the rectangular marble stone : 6 x 4 x 5 =120 cm3
Therefore the cost will be
120/3 x 48.8
= 40 x 48.8
= $1,952

1. Volume = 0.6*0.6*0.6 = 0.216m^3
2. For a cube with 3cm^3, the length, width and height is around 1.44cm
6cm long stone can make 4 cubes with length 1.44cm
4cm wide stone can make 2 cubes with length 1.44cm
5cm high stone can make 3 cubes with length 1.44cm
Hence, it can make 24 cubes with volume 3cm^3
He can make 24*48.8 = $1,171.2
