根據的英文用法

請問一下
如果說某種產品的價格是根據供給和需求來決定的話
那麼英文中 『根據』的這個單字片語是要使用
in accordance with 或者是用 be based on 呢...

感覺好像放在句子中都可以用呢..

The price of shares change from day to day ---?--- supply and demand and the rise or fall of the market.

in accordance with 或是 be based on 都不是經濟學用語﹐即使在日常的英文裡談到價格與供需的關係時都是使用“depend on”或是“determined by”, 如果我們將 "price is determined by" 整句當關鍵字(前後要加雙引號 " )放到google上做英文網頁搜尋﹐可找到數千個以“price is determined by”為敘述語法的例子﹐此處僅舉數例如下﹕
1. its price is determined by the market-supply and market-demand curves;
(其價格是依市場供給與市場需求曲線所決定)
2. the price is determined by the relation of supply and demand
(價格是由供需關係來決定)[標準的經濟學基本敘述]
3. price is determined by political factors and government taxes
(價格是由政治因素與政府的稅率來決定)
4. The final wine price is determined by the production costs,
(酒的價格是由生產成本所決定的)
5. this price is determined by supply and demand for the closed-end fund on a stock exchange(此價格是依據証卷交易市場上的封閉型基金的供需狀況)

你句子裏的 "and the rise or fall of the market" 好像不在問句裏.那market是指什麼? stock market?

The price of shares change...如果change是動辭,要用changes,而不是change,因為subject是price,不是shares.有很多的講法.我個人是很少用 in accordance with,所以對我而言就比較怪.
The price of shares changes daily in accordance with the supply and demand.
The price of shares changes daily based on the supply and demand.
The price of shares changes daily according to the supply and demand.
The price of shares changes daily with respect to the supply and demand.

如果change不是動辭,那整個句子就有點奇怪.應該是price changes,而不是shares change.

shares一般人會直接想到股票.至少我會.如果是關於股票的話,根據你的句子,可以這樣來.
Daily changes in share price is based on the supply and demand.
但我會用下面這句.determine聽起來比較forceful, not passive.但兩句都可以.沒有絕對的對或錯.
Daily changes in share price is determined by the supply and demand.

以上所用的"the supply and demand"有點模糊,因為沒講明什麼的supply and demand.如果需要可以講.
... the supply and demand of so-and-so.

如果不關股票的話,你可以參考以下這幾句.我不曉得"價格"是用在那種情況,你自己斟酌一下.
Market (或 retail) value of so-and-so product is based on its supply and demand.
Market (或 retail) value of so-and-so product is determined by its supply and demand.

個人覺得是be based on，
因為它有「建立在某種基礎上」的意思。

而in accordance with，
比較是「與...一致」的意思。
