在台灣買新的手提電腦可以讓它介面是英文的嗎？

Question

本人一直都在國外讀書　所以電腦習慣用英文介面的
但是台灣的手提電腦比較便宜耶　（因為美國還要加稅）
所以想問問大家　

如果我在台灣買新的手提電腦
可以請人把介面改成英文的嗎？　
還是要重新買驅動程式？　

還有
VISTA BUSINESS 跟 VISTA HOME有啥不同阿?
BUSINESS裡面有附贈軟體嗎??

如果你所買的電腦是Vista的 一定要是Business 或 Ultimate版的 附上英文更改程序:


For Vista:
Change the display language:
1. Open by clicking the Start button/Regional and Language Options/Control Panel/Clock, Language, and Region/Regional and Language Options/Keyboards and Languages tab/Under Display language, choose a language from the list


To change the input language
1. Click the Input language button on the Language bar, and then click the input language you want to use.


Add an input language
1. Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab, and then click Change keyboards.


3. Under Installed services, click Add.
4. Double-click the language you want to add, double-click the text services you want to add, select the text services options you want to add, and then click OK.


以上是給VISTA的步驟 照所給的做吧

Change system locale 1.Regional and Language Options by clicking Start,clicking Control Panel,clicking Clock,Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options. 2.Click Administrative tab, under Language for non-Unicode programs (System Locale), click Change system locale.
