前提：8/3以快遞出貨給客人，發票Invoice跟材證Inspection Certificate 用信封封起來隨貨一起寄，結果客人今天EMAIL要跟我要材證....。


所以要簡單回信給客人..內容如下..謝謝

你好，材證放在信箱內已經於8/3隨貨寄出。現在附上copy的材證請查看。謝謝

我自己有嘗試著要寫..文法跟時態不曉得對不對（材證放在信封內--不曉得要如何寫）

其實你所寫的老外看得懂。只要加上一句 (材證放在信封內)就可以了。

The Inspection Certificate was sent in an envelope with the SS 303 Hex Bars on August 3rd. Attached is a copy of the Inspection Certificate for your reference. Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding this matter. Thank you!
