People may have learned the same knowledge asynchronously, may also be specialized in different fields.
One may have learned something earlier or later than the other, one may also have learned something different from the other.
Those who learned earlier than I can be my teacher, a teacher needn't be an omni- master.(先聞道者為我師﹐為師者不必萬能)

asynchronously=不同時

One might have learned the doctrine earlier than the other, or might be a master in his own special field.
Some have learned the truth earlier and some have special talents.

Differnt strokes for different folks.

The knowledge you have is based on when you learn but when you born.

The ability you appear is based on how thorough you know but how much you know.

Knowledges is based on the time you learn but born.
Ability is based on the the depth but amount you know.
