Literal:
This is me before, and this is me today.
No tan literal, pero más realista:
This is me years ago, and this is me today.
¡Suerte!

disculpa si te ofendo pero siento que la frase no tiene mucho sentido ni en español, tal vez si dices "este era yo antes, y este soy yo ahora" podrías decirlo "that's who i was, and this is who i am" o "this is who i was before, and how i am now"
suerte!

"This is me Then, and this is me now."
Espero te ayude.
BYE!!!

Si se refiere a fotos, por ejemplo, pues en inglés decimos "this is me before and this is me now."
