對於食物壞掉該如何用英文來表達呢?
例如:
食物不吃的話應該要放冰箱，不然會壞掉!
請問這句話該如何用英文來表達會比較好??
有分過去式，現在式或未來式嗎??麻煩詳細回答好嗎~~

一、食物壞掉你可以用以下幾個字 (注意詞性)
1. rot (v) 腐爛,腐壞
2. rotten (adj) 腐爛的，發臭的
I don’t want to eat the rotten apples.
3. spoil (vi.) (食物等)變壞，腐敗
The apples spoiled. 蘋果爛了

二、食物不吃的話應該要放冰箱，不然會壞掉!
Food that you don’t eat should be put into the refrigerator; otherwise, it will rot.

Otherwise是「否則、不然」的意思，可以跟or替換
that you don’t eat 是形容詞子句修飾Food

三、不吃的食物要放進冰箱(就像太陽從東邊升起一樣)，這是常識
所以不需要分過去、現在、未來，一律用現在式

「食物壞掉」在英文有幾種說法，如果你要指特別的東西的話就有更多的說法了。

籠統的來說，食物壞掉 = food goes bad

現在式 - food goes bad
過去式 - food went bad
未來式 - food will go bad
過去分詞 - food has gone bad

其他的用詞：

Spoil(Spoiled) 和 sour是指化學上的改變，不一定是「壞掉」
像the milk has gone sour(牛奶變酸了)，但還是食物(酸乳酪yogurt，乳酪cheese)

Rot(Rotten) = 是指腐爛，是真正的「壞掉」
像Rotten tomatoes(腐爛的番茄)是不能吃了

像這些其他用詞也可以做形容詞(adj.)或是動詞(v.)，也可以分現在/過去/未來：

ex.

rotten eggs (形容詞)
