以前只會一昧的要求答題者給翻譯，但現在都會試著翻翻看，才會有進步。
文法上，我只是想用 have + pt 來表示，我把 be 當成「在...那、去..那」的意思，謝謝。

第一 愛情的話 個人覺得 love 會比 loving 好 而且不用加冠詞 the
第二 has been there 比較不會翻做回來過

沙姆索.藍迪亞 is correct. Use love as a noun, not a verb in this context is more appropriate.
Personally though I would prefer
Love has come back before.
Love had come back before.
Rather than returns, they mean pretty much the same thing though. Just personal preference I guess. I mean do people say
"I'll come back" or "I'll return" :P
The final sentence, nothing new, just
"I heard that love has come back before"
"I heard that love had come back before"

1) and 2). The loving has been here 我認為文法上是對的,但是好像不實用!!use " Love" should be more appropriate!! 但是好像沒有完全表達出 "愛情回來過". 回來"過" 應該是指離開了吧!!
