兩個重點分別說明。
（１）平常要去醫院或診所「掛號」這個動作，英語並不是叫做registration喔，而是To make an appointment 或To schedule an appointment ，有在美國看過醫生就知道這個很普遍的說法。如果要取消某次掛號，則叫To cancel an appointment。
因此，醫院或醫療院所的網路掛號系統，寫法可用：
Hospital Online Appointments System
Online Hospital Appointment Scheduling System，或者最後一字換成Service也很常見。

（２）版主所說的「提示」，在下不太清楚是對誰的提示？是給病患在網路掛號過程中的使用提示欄那種？還是給院方的提示？例如讓某某醫生的辦公室知道哪一位病患掛號了哪一天幾點幾分要來看病？由於不清楚版主的語意，暫且朝第一個方向猜，就是病患可以在網頁上按下的一種輔導欄那種。
