Partial shipments are acceptable as long as each purchase order is shipped complete. 信用狀如此註明, 但這張信用狀只有一張 PO (一個PO 號碼). 那是不是不能 PARTIAL的意思. 如果沒有一次全部出完, 就變瑕疵嗎?

你的瞭解是正確的，如果一張「訂購單」沒有裝完，就不符合信用狀的條件，買方是可以據此拒絕付款，我建議你趕快請買方修改信用狀，免得以後發生糾紛！

您好,ㄧ個PO號碼是可以的,因為只要日後總押匯數量低於或與原開出LC數量即可
