預計訂單量 英文高手幫幫我

我要請客戶下大量的單...不是一次一個兩個買.供應商已經在抗議了..請高手幫幫我 可以潤飾中文意思..

關於T產品部分,目前的訂單數量都是維持最低的訂購量,但是價格是我們在第一張訂單所報的價格是大量購買時的價格.若是要下小量訂單,我們將會從下一張訂單適時調漲價格,這點請諒解.

目前原物料不斷在上漲,我們的供應商也一直在反映數量太少.不敷成本.一直希望我們能調高訂購數量和調整價格.

所以我們希望你們能盡快提供下半年度的訂單.讓我們可以開始生產.當然我們可以隨時準備出貨.這樣子能節省工作流程以及減少產品的色差. 也能繼續維持價格.希望你們能考慮並盡快給我們答案.

Regarding to product T, the current order quantity always keeps at minimum quantity, but the price is the price quoted on first order with bigger quantity. Therefore, we would like to inform you that from next order, if the quantity is still small, we will be forced to raise the price on it. Please understand.
Since the raw material costs have been rising, our suppliers says that the costs had been more than profits with such small quantity and they have been asking us to raise the order quantity and price.
Therefore, we hope that you can kindly place the order for the next coming half year in order for us to start producing them. Surely we can ship the goods at anytime to save some working procedures and less color differences of products in different batches. This way, we can keep the same price as well. We are looking forward to hearing your reply after consideration as soon as possible.

regarding to T products ,you always purchase the lower order quantity . the unit price is quoted for the large quantity at the first transation. in other words,the unit price is against our trading terms at present. if you buy a small quantity of products, we will raise the price . 字數限制***
