Hola, solo qusiera redondear un poco la respuesta de I Jose, faltaron los Hemis viejos de los años 50's que aun se consiguen; desde el 272, 312, 314, 392, todos precursores al 426 que la mayoria conocemos.
Estos motorcitos deben andar fluctuando alrededor de los $4 000 Dolares.

complementando a los compañeros el 5.7 es 345pulgadas cubicas de hecho 345.6 jjjej
el 6.1 es un 392 pulgadas cubicas
de la lista de mis proveedores:

todos estos te los recomiendo con un carburador 750cfm minimo dependiendo de tus modificaciones y necesidades vas subiendo si puedes usar marca demon mejor

estos son totalmente nuevos y para colocar perifericos
tambien estan el 241 hemi 311-331 ,341,392 345antiguo y 345 ,nuevo, 426,427, hemi six(un seisito en linea) hubo por ahi un 16cilindros pero para aviacion jeje

El de "menor" cilindraje es el nuevo 5.7L, que equivale a 350 CID. (a carburador y FI)
El mayor que conozco, es un 540 Supercargado (poco mas de 8.5L)...tiene alrededor de 900hp, y usa premium, y el arbol de levas es "normal"...
El 5.7L lo encontre en 7359.95 Dolares + Envio

Hay ademas: (las medidas son todas en pulgadas cubicas, CID, los precios son en dolares)
426= 465hp=13.040 (version nueva del legendario 426)
472= 525hp=14.104
528= 610hp=14.995
540= +900hp=38.900 y 42.500(pulido, este motor es de puro aluminio)
Tambien regresa el de medida 392cid, con 525hp SOLO FUEL INJECTION, 16.000 dolares
