I have lived here for two years.
I have been living here for two years.

I have lived here for two years.
I have been living here for two years.
I used to live here for a year.

You don’t live there anymore if you use “have lived” (過去完成式) 表示你已經完成了.
This is the right to say if you don’t live at a place anymore, or you can say you used to live there for two years.
Have been living... (現在完成式) so...it is current, 表示你現在還住在那.
