the second one is closer to be right but it's gramatically incorrect, "ganásemos" is Pretérico Imperfecto (a type of past tense), when you really want to say that you want sth to happen in the future. So the sentence would be:
"Sería muy importante por muchos aspectos que ganáremos este partido"
ganáRemos with an r.
you can also say:
"Sería muy importante por muchos aspectos que ganemos este partido""<---- this is more common

la segunda frase es la corrrecta
ganamos es presente simple, pero la frase empieza con un condicional ( sería)

La correcta es la segunda (ganásemos) porque el verbo forma parte de una proposición subordinada, así que el verbo tiene que ir en subjuntivo (en este caso, siempre hay excepciones =D).
El otro verbo que puede ir ahí es ganáramos porque es la otra forma de conjugación del pretérito imperfecto de subjuntivo.

The correct answer is the second one (ganásemos) because the verb is in a subordinate clause, so the verb has to be subjuntive (in this case, there are always exceptions =D).
Another posibiliy is ganáramos because it's the other way of conjuating the subjuntive "pretérito imperfecto".

In the first phrase it's not correct ,although they can understand you.

sólo la segunda esta correcta.... en la otra el error es ganamos,.... aunque ahora yo tengo la duda,.. es que ganásemos no suena muy bien que digamos... mejor sería ganaramos.....

After 'sería importante' you require what's normally referred to in English as an imperfect subjunctive.- so your second one is right. Most Spaniards would use the alternative imp. subj. 'ganáramos' - some repondents have suggested 'ganáremos' - this is not correct.
