一、最近主管丟了很多國外客戶資料給我
要我去跟那些外國人聯絡~
我可能需要打電話過去 主要要詢問的是
1.貴公司主要的採購窗口可以聯絡誰?
2.貴公司主要生產的產品是什麼?
3.貴公司是否會使用到PPTC這個原品?

二、另,我還要與另一位我曾報過價的客戶聯絡
內容大約是詢問他,我已經提供報價給他了。
不知道後續狀況如何? 是否有機會合作?

1. May I know who is in charge of the purchase in your company? So I can contact this person.
2. What kind of products is your company producing?
3.Does your company use PPTC?

Dear Sir,

I have offered the quotation. What do you think about the quotation? Is there any opportunity to do the business together with your company?

基本上如果你是要打電話過去的話,其實真的不需要講的文鄒鄒。重要的是要把想要溝通的內容講清楚。因為我注意到您是要打電話過去問。不過基本上就像給予你建議的人所說的,如果這麼直接切入這樣的問題,可能不是很好。其實口語和文字相比,口語的溝通比文字更容易表現出誠懇與客氣,所以口語上相對之下不需要這麼文鄒鄒的文字。但是因為若用書寫的方式,並沒有聲音與口氣傳達您的態度,所以相對之下,文字上就必須要用很客氣的方式。所以就看您要如何與客戶做答覆,來選擇您要用怎樣的語言模式。

Who is in charge of the purchasing at your company ? may I contact with him directly ?
2.貴公司主要生產的產品是什麼?
what is the major products that you produce ?
3.貴公司是否會使用到PPTC這個原品?
I wonder if the PPTC material will be used by your company.

本身從事貿易業, 個人會這樣說...

1. May I know with whom should I contact for purchase issues?
2. What is the main item that you are producing?
3. Do you use PPTC?

另一個問題:
Dear Sir,

I have sent the requested quotation to you on ?? (日期) and would like to know if you have any comments about it? If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you.

如果是大公司的話,這樣的問法能收到回信的機率應該是零吧! 建議先去 Thomas Registry 對公司先行了解 http://www.thomasnet.com/ (如果你上司還不知道這個網站,他可能會對你刮目相看噢!)
