”Come September”的意思到底是什麼?

在Natalie Imbruglia的White Lilies Island專輯中有首歌叫做"Come September"，我在網路上查到很久以前一部電影也叫"Come September"，還有曾經有個名人的演講稿也叫做"Come September"，還是猜不出它的意思，"來九月????"、"九月來???"，有人能幫我解答嗎@@!?感激~~~
