這句話是不是句型方面有點怪怪的,在某英語雜誌看到,請各位大大解釋一下,THX~

引用他人的敘述, 可以全句, 當然也可以"斷章"囉. ^_^

後半句的確較適合用於口語, 正式的寫法是:
It is not as it has come up as an alternative form of communication.
[as]是連接詞, 後面接了一個子句, 所以可以有自己的動詞[has come].

主句用代名詞it, 指的是[The technology is having a huge impact.]這件事; 子句用代名詞it, 指的是[technology].
當然您要說這個句子寫得不好, 在下是沒有意見.
不過口語中這樣用也無可厚非.

This is perfectly legit.

You probably got confused by "it's not like it's come up as...."
The second "it's" is actually "it has", e.g. "it is not like it has come up as..."

Also the use of speech marks " representing that they are quoting from someone. e.g. "is having a huge impact" was said by this someone (not identified in your post.

It's like it's come up...不就變成有2個動詞了嗎??

另外The technology "is having a huge impact," he said它的引號是不是有一點點瑕疵?"The technology is having a huge impact," he said 這'會不會好一點??
我有想過是口語的關係可是第一個問題比較不懂!!??

可是..沒有人會在主句用代名詞,子句也用代名詞......對吧!!

所以~有沒有人有更好的意見阿!?
