According to previous order history and query records, we found your company does have great demand for 012 system. However, from our trading recording, you have not place order for a long times. We would like to know the reasons: are there any problems of using this product or do you still have enough innovatory? If you do have any problems in using this product, we are more than happy to answer all of your questions and provide further resolutions as well as prompt assistance.

In addition, we provide an analysis report for your previous orders. Furthermore, we have FedEx (DHL) some samples of newer/improved version of products for your evaluation. We appreciate your feedbacks and suggestions for those evaluating samples. We should do our best to improve our design to fulfill your needs.
