為什麼 American 後不用再寫"use" 不是as do SV倒裝嗎?

是as do SV倒裝沒錯, 不過應該更仔細地說是[as do SVO]倒裝.
因為重複前面的部分被省略了. 而且要省的話是[VO]一起省, 不能只省V.

為什麼as後要多加一個with?

加與不加都可以, 但是表達的語意不同.
[as most young people]:
就如同大多數年輕人一樣(以人為比較對象)
[as with most people]=[as the condition with most young people]
就如同大多數年輕人的情況一樣(以情況為比較對象)

3.we aren't ready to go public just yet.
為什麼要多寫一個"just"?

這可以視為語氣表達的方式.
Why are you always having a quarrel with her?
你怎麼老是跟她吵架?
I just can't stand the way she has always been.
我就是受不了她一貫的作風.

為什麼masterpiece後面不能寫poem而要寫poetry?

為什麼a little 後面不加"of" ?

[a little]有兩個意思:(1)少量, 一些(名詞); (2)少量的,一些的(形容詞)
所以[of]加與不加都可以, 但是[a little]詞性不同.
