You can't 'joke around' when you're talking about something as
sensitive as cultural or social sensitivity and political correctness. The
line is drawn when these 'jokers' stretch the joke and make it
subjectively racist/sexist/insensitive - i.e. when they offend others. Of
course, it depends on the actual culture itself and how that culture
recieves such 'jokes'.
