ZnS + O2 -------> ?????? why???????

2ZnS(s) + 3O2(g) → 2ZnO(s) + SO2(s)
The reaction occurs when zinc sulphide is heated in air (or in oxygen)
Oxygen gas is an oxidizing agent, and oxygen gas can oxidize metal sulphides to give sulphur dioxide gas (oxidation number increases from -2 to +4). In the reaction, oxygen gas is reduced to oxide ions, which exist with unreacted zinc ions to leave zinc oxide solid.

你需要先
ZnS+O2 ------>ZnO+SO 2
then
Zn0+C ------>Zn+CO2
