我的電腦看不見中文和日文(20點!!!)

Question

我的電腦是美國當地買的電腦
有許多日文的網頁都看不到日文反而出現亂碼
中文網頁是可以看到,
但問題是許多中文程式(比如說安裝程式)
和中文遊戲(比如說線上遊戲)都會出現亂碼

請問我該怎麼樣才能看到呢?

請會的大大伸出援手

Vista 要打要看中文和安裝中文程式是沒問題試試下列步驟吧

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab, and then click Change keyboards.

3. Under Installed services, click Add.

4. Double-click the language you want to add, double-click the text services you want to add, select the text services options you want to add, and then click OK.

To change the input language

1. Click the Input language button on the Language bar, and then click the input language you want to use.

Change the display language:
1. Open by clicking the Start button/Regional and Language Options/Control Panel/Clock, Language, and Region/Regional and Language Options/Keyboards and Languages tab/Under Display language, choose a language from the list
