個人覺得寫的嚴謹些會更好

The promises of the LORD are promises that are pure, silver-refined in a furnace on the ground, AND purified seven times.

1. 複合形容詞,加個hypen會比較嚴謹
2. 連接多個項目時,最好再最後一個項目前加個連接詞
3. 至於that要不要無所謂才是(這裡形容詞子句已經是從屬子句了,並非像think/say等若沒有that,則2個動詞(視為)對等

不知道扶不符合您說的(不好意思,我真的不懂您的意思)

我的想法很簡單,我是直接想到"對稱" (.. that are pure...接下來也是要adj)
這是很正常和嚴謹的邏輯

My brother has big hands and long legs.
這樣寫總是不好
My brother has big hands and are tall.

另外,中文的意思是什麼也很重要喔,要不然會形成ambiguity
