急!英航post到網站的資料怎會這樣???

前幾天聽朋友從BA網路上看到訊息
從英國回台灣
大行李可以拿二件 各別可以拿23公斤
那加起來不就46公斤
另外 還可以拿一件手提行李
這則消息是從BA copy過來的
有沒有人知道
這是怎麼一回事呀
大行李不是都只能拿一件 限重23公斤嗎 ?
它怎麼寫2 bags at 23kg each
不知有沒有知道這是怎麼一回事?

我的機票資料內也是寫二件各23公斤
但是 我買的是普通的學生年票
為什麼會這樣呢?

頭等 和 Club World 會員 - 3件 check-in 行李
Club Europe 會員 和 World Traveller Plus 會員 - 2件 check-in 行李
其他 (World Traveller and Euro Traveller) - 1件 check-in 行李

我的機票資料內也是寫二件各23公斤但是 我買的是普通的學生年票為什麼會這樣呢?

機票資料是打印的(printed)嗎 ? 那應該是可以 託運二件大行李的.

打電話給英航確定一下. 記住保留好電話紀錄 (打電話時間, 和您談話職員的名字,職員證號碼, 辦公室地點, 部門..等). 以備萬一
