可以這麼說:
That is to say, (a) higher XX is not likely to bring about higher OO and ##.
That is, higher OO and ## are not likely to come along with (a) higher XX.
You can say (that) there are unlikely to be higher OO and ## because of (a) higher XX.

請務必棄絕所謂的句型的魔咒
就如人的處世態度或衣著方式 那不是該型式決定這個人 而是由該人的個性本質決定了他的型
英文也一樣 是因為該字或習語的內含的本質才決定了它的表現的方式 不是句型決定字與辭的性
孤立去看句型 你苦研一生 最終還是個零 因為你還是不知道為什麼這字這詞為什麼要穿上這身衣服 你不知為什麼就證明你根本不知這個字及詞 不知字詞不是等於零?
