in 與 on 都常見，at 很罕見。
指單 一頁時常用 on， in常用 於複數 pages ，上面兩例的 pages 已不是指 單一頁了， yellow pages 是電話簿的意思了， in the pages of the draft bill 則是 在「條例草案的文件(或文字)裡」 的意思 ，已經不是單純「頁」的意思了。
