lance, spear 和 pike的不同?


1. lance 長矛(過去騎士在馬上用的長柄武器); (刺魚的)矛槍

(1) a long weapon with a metal (金屬) point carried by cavalry (騎兵)
in battle

(2) a long pointed spear used in hunting or fishing

2. spear 矛 ; (戳魚的)魚叉:

the name of a pole weapon(長柄武器 ) used for hunting and war,
consisting of a shaft (箭桿), usually of wood, with a sharpened head.
