Hey there: it is actually "atrasado" not "atrazado" it takes an "s" instead of a "Z" . It means delayed (a person arriving late to an appointment for instance, which you can also say "el está retrasado" , belated: (like in belated birthday), a clock or watch can be "atrasado" (as "slow"), or it can also mean "overdue" (for instance, a payment "un pago atrasado")

Hope it helped.

PS: be careful when you use the term "atrasado" referring to a person. Remember the differences between the 2 different verbs "to be" we have in Spanish. You wouldn't want to call someone "retarded" , by using the verb "ser" instead of "estar". ;-)
