回答就是要根據動詞來作囉。

《要點》
國中所學：be going to = will
高中推進：表未來式有三種用法如下
1.未來式助動詞
2.be+Ving
3.be+不定詞......(表命中注定、預定計畫、理所當然)

回答根據所用動詞、助動詞回答。

1.I am going to wash my car. (beV問；beV回答)
4.My father will take a trip to Europe. (will問；will回答)

P.s. 第四題這個題目有一小點說不上的爭議性瑕疵，我認為應在最後加個介係詞 to比較恰當。Where will your father take a trip to? 的原因是，where當代名詞用來作to的受詞。(雖然多數資料表示where沒有代名詞之詞性，不過當我們將來學任何語言學到某個境界，自然可以體會它竟可當代名詞的內在意義。)

這些已經全部都是未來式了耶!
有..will.. , ..be going to....的,都是未來式了喔!

還有裡面的時間副詞(ex: tomorrow. next week....)也都是未來式時用的了!
