兩者都是介係詞。

先要搞清楚它的意思。

in 當介係詞時，常表示

at a point within an area or a space，

也就是區域或空間中的一處。

而 of當介係詞時，used to show possession, belonging or origin:

也就是表達所有權、歸屬及起源，這在中文中，很像『~的』，通常在翻譯上，也常做此解。

兩個句子文法都對，中文翻譯無異，但以
