I have a couple of questions for you regarding the deluxe rooms as following:


1. Are all your deluxe rooms renewed within the latest 6 months?
2. If not, may I particularlly designate one that was newly renewed(wthin 6 months) when making reservation?
3. What is the rate per night for a deluxe room?

註﹕

1. 即然是問“所有(all)”的房間﹐room就該用複數 --> rooms﹐因此be動詞也要用複數的are。
2. “新裝修”可以是re-decorated也可以是renewed
3. 所謂的“新”是多新﹐你最好定出明確的範圍, 比如: 3個月﹑6個月﹑一年之內等等﹐應避免使用模糊的字眼﹐在這裡我暫時替你設定6個月﹐你可以把6改成任何其他你希望的數字。
4 如果信尾用“Looking forward to”﹐則接於其後的動詞必須用動名詞(hearing)而不是不定詞(hear)﹔
5 英文的習慣用法是Looking forward to hearing from you soon﹐Looking forward to hearing your early reply則是中式英文。
