A company has reached an agreement with B company.
A company has to place an order of 25,000 units with B company. Of which, 12,000 units will be C product, while 13,000 units will be D product.
B company agrees to reduce the price of C product from $80 to $60 and the unit price of D product from $100 to $80. The new prices shall only apply to the products and quantities as specially agreed by both parties in the agreement.
The Agreement will come into force immediately after agreed by both parties.
