Provavelmente é russo, mas também pode ser alguma outra língua eslava que use o alfabeto cirílico (que é como chamam essas letrinhas esquisitas). O melhor jeito de descobrir com certeza é pegar um trecho e tentar traduzir pelo Babelfish.
