1.windows vista已出了中文版, 包括簡體/繁體, 你去電腦商場就可以買到
2.是, 同xp一樣有分32bit x86, 同 64 bit x64版本
3. Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor (可以check到你部電腦的硬件同軟件可否合資格升級vista. 還可以建議你用甚麼版本vista.

of course, there is a version for Chinese (Taiwan) or Chinese (P.R.C)

Yes, there is a 64bit version (x64) and a 32 bit version x86.

if you have 1 giga of RAM and can definitely try windows Vista ...
if you have a duo-core, it will be better for multimedia ...
