當然 " 不可以" 用 mad來形容交通,
mad最常用的是形容某人"生氣 or 發瘋".

剛看網路有人用mad traffic,
它應從" get mad at traffic" 而來,
有令人生氣,受不了的交通.

但意思應跟 " a traffic jam (交通阻塞 / 混亂 )" 有點不同吧.

1.發瘋的,發狂的

3.愚蠢的;魯莽的

可以用disorder

1.混亂,無秩序[U]
His room was in disorder.

2.騷亂,動亂[C][U]

3.不符合司法程序的行為[C]
a disorder in legal proceedings
司法過程中不符合程序的行為

4.紊亂,失調;不適,小病[C][U]
She suffered from a mild stomach disorder.
