you can use faststone maxview for free...

and the slideshow can put MP3 files :)
I use it all the time, if it is what you want ...
相片=JPG 說話=MP3 ...
and they can only work together, but cannot mix together only if you use MPEG :) , you have to use Movie editor to create a MPEG and paste each frame (jpg) and finally add sound track (mp3) into it ...
