harddisk mount, in hardware term is those metal extension or mounting gear to fit a computer box slot for harddisk like from 3.5 drive to match a 5.25 slot ...
or something similar ...
for software .... it is like we do in UNIX or Linux ...
mounting a harddisk is make a harddisk connect to UNIX file system or DEVICE ...

You can buy the metallic rack or spaceholder in Golden Center.
only TRUE DIY computer stores will have them :)
