y anotar el numero de money order o cheque segun sea el caso, para abrir una investigacion porque no hemos recibido este pago,si este cheque fue rebotado le cargaremos $15.00 dlls.
la linea no fue suspendida fue bloqueda nada mas por tener un alto uso,se hizo esto para evitar que se le siguiera elevando su factura, se restaurara cuando quede su balance en $30 dlls o menos.
estamos trabajando en su problema hay un tecnico asignado que esta haciendo las pruebas necesarias para tener su linea trabajando lo mas pronto posible,solo necesitamos esperar el reporte del mismo para ver si es necesario mandarle un tecnico o si su problema sera arreglado desde aqui.
